The Referral Process

Wycar Leys is committed to responding quickly when asked to arrange assessments for people who may wish to come and live with us.

Our assessment process will determine the following:

  • which of our homes would be best suited to meet the individual needs, goals and aspirations of the person concerned
  • if we have a suitable vacancy to meet these needs
  • the breakdown of costs involved in caring for the person
  • an outline of the personal care package the home can offer.

We ask that you share as much information as possible with us to ensure that we can plan appropriate and person-centred care for each individual who is referred to our homes.
