Tracy Tucker

Registered Manager – The Lodge

Prior to joining Wycar Leys, Tracy has worked within a number of management positions working with adults with learning difficulties and elderly service users.

Tracy came on board in 2001 as Assistant Manager in the Mews and over time, has managed the Terrace, the House and currently is Registered Manager for the Lodge.

Having been in the care industry for 23 years, she has seen many changes in legislation and has had to adapt and develop her expertise as a manager to meet industry requirements.

Her pro-active approach and in-depth knowledge within this area provides up to date information to staff and service users, maintaining a high standard of care.

Tracy promotes team building and staff development which she believes to be vital in providing a professional homely environment for service users to live.
