Tracy Tucker

Acting Manager - Bulwell

Prior to joining Wycar Leys Bulwell at the beginning of June 2008, Tracy has held a number of management positions within the care sector, working with both adults with learning difficulties and also elderly residents.

Tracy has been employed at Wycar Leys Limited since February 2001 and commenced at our Bilsthorpe home as an Assistant Manager in The Mews. Tracy was promoted to the position of Manager of The Lodge and following her application to CSCI, successfully achieved registration for this position in March 2002.

During the development of the specialist residential homes at Bilsthorpe, Tracy has performed a significant role within the management team helping to ensure our high standards are implemented and maintained until we have successfully appointed Managers in the homes where vacancies have arisen.

Having worked in the care industry for approximately 23 years, on both a voluntary and professional basis, Tracy has seen many legislation changes and has adapted and developed her knowledge and expertise as a manager to meet the changing requirements and provide a quality service for all within her care.
