Sally Hamilton

General Manager of Wycar Leys Bilsthorpe/Bulwell

She has worked as a professional within the care industry for over 25 years, working in a multitude of roles.

Her experience consists of the development and management of mental health and substance misuse homes and has worked for Lincolnshire County Council as Practice Manager, managing day care services and residential services for adults with learning difficulties.

In 2002 she commenced employment at Wycar Leys as Registered Manager for the Mews and worked to develop and evolve the service to what it is today. Sally was promoted to General Manager in May 2007 and is responsible for overseeing the whole of the Bilsthorpe and Bulwell sites.

Her management approach to staff development is second to none.  She always motivates, encourages and brings out the best in staff members and believes this enables to provide a better service for service users.

Her enthusiasm and dedication to the service users has and continues to deliver a service which allows choice, independence and opportunities within Wycar Leys.
