Marie Morris

General Manager

Marie joined Wycar Leys in 2009 having previously worked worked in a Health and Social Care setting for over 21 years, with the majority of experience in Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour predominately from 18 to 65 years of age.

Marie started her career as a health care assistant working up to senior care and management level.  Marie holds her NVQ4 Registered Managers Award.

Before coming to Wycar Leys as a General Manager Marie successfully gained 3 star excellence for the home that she managed, during this time she also travelled to other homes ensuring quality systems were in place and working towards gaining 3 star excellence from Care Quality Commission.

Marie is committed to ensuring excellent quality systems to ensure consistency throughout Wycar Leys.
