Joseph Ayodele

Acting Manager – The Lodge

Joseph joined Wycar Leys in May 2008 as the Manager of The Lodge. He is a qualified Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities and has many years of working both in the NHS and private organisations.

Joseph is very committed to his own personal and professional development and has undertaken various academic studies over the years, part of which is a certificate in Social Care and Management (equivalent of NVQ 4) and a higher degree in Educational Management. At the current time, Joseph is in the final stage of a Doctorate Degree in Education (Lifelong Learning) at Nottingham University.

Joseph has high professional standards and he supports his colleagues to achieve the same. He is enthusiastic, enjoys challenges and is keen to promote and develop the independence of the service users through the supportive introduction of new opportunties and by empowering people to make choices. He is also keen to develop his staff team by promoting team building and staff development through training and motivation.
