Jim Steeples

General Manager / Registered Manager – Burton-on-Trent

In addition to Jim holding the aforementioned positions within the company, he is also the Responsible Individual registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection for our homes in Burton-on-Trent.

Jim has been working for Wycar Leys for four years and has worked his way through the organisation to the position he now holds.

Jim has been working in the field of Learning Disabilties for ten years. He started his career as a Residential Social Worker and over the years has developed his skills and abilities as a Registered Manager.

Throughout his career Jim has achieved his NVQ 4 in Care & Management and his Registered Managers Award (RMA). In addition to these qualifications, Jim has undertaken various courses specifically related to Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs.
