

The House promotes choice, rights and opportunities for individuals who have a Learning Disability. This includes independence, offering social inclusion by using all main stream services and fully including Service Users with the local community.
We cater for adults that have severe Learning Disabilities, Classical Autism and behaviours that challenge the service. Our home is passionate about meeting all the requirements of the National Minimum Standards and Care Homes Regulations 2001.
Our aim is focused on helping individuals by supporting them to reach their maximum potential to live a fulfilling and enjoyable life where they have no obstacles or restrictions in place. The living environment within The House creates life chances and opportunities for Service Users to achieve their goals, and every Service User is seen as an individual with tailor made support plans, to meet their individual needs.
A two storey detached home set in countryside surroundings with scenic views and landscapes, close to amenities and transport links. The home caters for a maximum of 8 adults (aged 18+) and any new potential Service Users undergo a full assessment to determine a needs led service. The living space is on two floors, and consists of a kitchen with diner, a lounge and a music room. The first floor has 8 bedrooms which are decorated to the individual choice of each Service User.
Outside there is a large enclosed garden with a trampoline, basket ball equipment, barbeque area, adult size swings, and a separate arts and crafts room with a ballpool. The home is furnished to create a comfortable and homely atmosphere and offers a safe and secure environment. We pride ourself on the standard of accommodation, fixtures and fittings that are within our home.
