Coach House is a small, two bedroom, detached property just ten minutes’ walk from the historic town of Burton-on-Trent. The Coach House provides accommodation for two people who have a learning disability, challenging behaviours and complex needs. It has a lounge with ample seating, kitchen diner and two bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms. The home sits within the grounds of neighbouring Trent View but is run independently of it.
River Lodge is situated in Burton-on-Trent and is a specialist residential home which has been specifically designed to accommodate the needs of eight Service Users with Prader Willi Syndrome. Each of the single bedrooms has an en suite shower room and is decorated and personalised in accordance with the wishes of the Service User.
