Our goal is to enable people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, challenging and complex needs to be part of modern society where everyone is valued and has the opportunity to play their role to the best of their ability.

We do this by working closely with councils, social services, the health service, voluntary organisations, local companies and most importantly, our Service Users and their families; providing choice, independence and life opportunities for them to live fulfilling lives.

Wycar Leys started in September 2000 establishing an operational team carefully selected for their skills, knowledge, vision, experience, dedication with a  true passion for delivering the highest possible quality of care for everyone who chooses to come and live with us. 

Our Residential Homes have built their excellent reputation based upon well established principles of care aiming to deliver an individual Person Centred approach, offering progressive, integrated care pathways for individuals with Learning Disabilities,.

All the specialist homes provide quality accommodation, care and support for individuals who need a higher degree of staffing support than is available within standard residential services.
